Annie Richardson Bass Building (ARB)
Harris School of Nursing is housed in the Annie Richardson Bass Building at the corner of Bowie St. and Lubbock Ave., on the east side of the TCU campus. The Nursing Administration office is located in ARB 233, on the second floor of the Bass Building. Nursing and practicum laboratory courses are located in the Annie Richardson Bass Building.

A Learning Center in the Annie Richardson Bass Building is available to all nursing students to enhance independent learning and to provide access to computers, audiovisual materials, and a practice lab for mastering clinical skills. In the Learning Center, the student will become an active participant in an environment that facilitates both individual and small group learning situations. Computer assisted instruction and practical learning experiences enhance the students' knowledge gained through the classroom lecture component of the program. Students are required to use the labs for practice and demonstration of nursing skills. Faculty and staff are available to supervise the students during their lab experience. In addition to this facility and other University resources, nursing students have access to other libraries located in other universities and various clinical facilities in the area.
Computer Lab
A Computer Lab in the nursing building is available to all nursing students to enhance independent learning and provide access to computers and audiovisual materials. In the computer lab the student may become and active participant in an environment that facilitates both individual and small group learning situations. In addition to this facility and other University resources, nursing students have access to other libraries located in metroplex universities and various clinical facilities.
Practice Lab
A Practice Lab, equipped with medical equipment and supplies, is designed to simulate the hospital environment. This hands-on practical learning experience enhances the students' knowledge gained through the classroom lecture component of the program. Students are required to utilize the lab for practice and demonstration of nursing skills. Faculty are available to supervise the students during their lab experience.
Learning Center Staff

The Director of the Learning Center is responsible for managing the resources of the learning center and overseeing the operation of the Learning Center
- Judy Clark, RNC, BSN; Allison Stillwell, RNC, BSN; and Kimberly Williams, RNC, BSN
The Learning Center Assistants work with nursing students in learning nursing procedures taught in laboratory courses. The Learning Center Assistants assist with the design, preparation and clean up for laboratory courses, and assists with managing the resources of the learning center.
