Features of the Accelerated BSN Track

  Offers full-time study over four consecutive semesters (15-months: summer-fall-spring-summer)
• Builds on and reinforces a broad foundation of liberal studies
• Includes a professional nursing residency during the last semester
• Provides a solid grounding in practice through partnerships with regional health care systems

Admission Criteria include:

• A baccalaureate degree in any field, other than nursing (e.g., BA, BBA, BFA, BS)
• Must have completed required departmental prerequisites*
• GPA of 3.00 or greater (in either undergraduate degree and nursing prerequisites)
• Application deadline s for TCU and the Accelerated BSN track is November 15 th.
  

  TCU application information:
  
  Apply as a transfer student for the summer semester .
  Indicate you are applying for Accelerated BSN.
  All transcripts and other required documents must be received by TCU admissions by November 15 th .

   

  Accelerated BSN track application information:
  
  All required documents must be received by ABT Nursing office by November 15 th .
  Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  If you are enrolled in coursework during the Fall semester, transcripts must be received by TCU admissions and ABT Nursing office by January 9 th .

  
  

  The Academic Assessment (A2) exam is offered at TCU during the fall. Check the link for times and information
